Plans and payments
Basic and Creator are one-time payments, sold through Link, the merchant of record service of our payment provider Stripe. Your receipt comes from Link, and your card statement shows “LINK.COM*” followed by our name. A plan stays on the Google account you bought it with: sign in with that account on any device to use it.
Refunds
Refunds are decided case by case. See the Terms of Service for how they work.
